BITPART AI COPPOLA EULA

This Bitpart AI Coppola End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Bitpart AI, Inc. and governs your use of the digital assets (“Content”) exported from the Coppola authoring tool. By creating a Bitpart account for use with the Coppola authoring tool, you agree to be bound by these terms.

This EULA pertains to Aesop digital domain assets generated with Coppola in the current Beta phase.  Terms are subject to change beyond the Beta.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

The Vendor grants to you a Royalty-Free, non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable commercial license to use the Content. This license is granted to a single user or entity upon purchase.

  • Imagery & Linear Media: Use Content in film, television, movies, social media, and advertising.

  • Interactive Use: Incorporate Content into games, AR/VR projects, and virtual worlds.

  • Client Work: You may use Content in projects created for a client, provided the Content is embedded and not accessible as a standalone file to the end client.

2. RESTRICTIONS

  • No Standalone Redistribution: You may NOT sell, rent, or redistribute the Content on a "stand-alone" basis or as part of a stock library, asset marketplace, or game creator tool.

  • No Competition: You may NOT use the Content to develop a product that competes with Bitpart AI.

  • No AI Training: You may NOT use the Content in datasets for the development or training of Generative AI Programs, machine learning, or deep learning models.

  • Extraction Prevention: You must use industry-standard measures to ensure Content is contained within proprietary formats so it cannot be easily extracted by end users.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTY

Content is provided "AS IS." Bitpart AI disclaims all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Bitpart AI be liable for loss of profits or indirect damages. 

4. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein. No other promises, warranties, representations, agreements, or understanding, whether oral or written, exist concerning this subject matter. This Agreement supersedes any previous or simultaneous oral or written promises, warranties, representations, agreements, or conditions between parties.

5. GOVERNING LAW

The laws of the State of Delaware govern this Agreement. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Delaware.
